International education exchange and cooperation has become an importanttrend of development of higher education, five central Asian countries althoughyoung countries are independent only twenty years, after independent highereducation internationalization route, active exchanges and cooperation with countriesaround the world. Central Asian country is Russia, the United States, Turkey, theEuropean Union and other countries actively for the cooperation and communicationof higher education, these countries and the central Asian countries through theabove analysis on higher education cooperation and exchange, more Chinesexenophobia towards countries in Confucius institute, foreign student education,universities and other higher education exchanges and cooperation of Shanghaicooperation organization and the problems of less than, to put forward thecorresponding countermeasures.This paper first briefly introduces education situation in central Asia, andindependent after the trend of the development of higher education. Secondly byRussia, the United States, Turkey, the European Union and other internationalexchanges and cooperation with central Asian higher education, analysis of theimpact of central Asian countries. Again in cooperation between China and centralAsian countries of higher education ways mainly have three: the Confucius institute,foreign student education, university of sco, the important is introduced as arepresentative of the image of China’s Confucius institute in central Asia’sdevelopment and education teaching mode and the influence of the Confuciusinstitute in central Asia, points out that the weakness of the Confucius institute andcoping strategies, and finally, the prospects of higher education between China andcentral Asia countries, especially in xinjiang, China.Higher education exchanges andcooperation between China and central Asia in the bridgehead of the key role, andChina’s advantages in xinjiang in the process.
