As the core concept of sociology, social capital is increasingly mentioned bypeople in modern society. In many research before, the employment issue is mostlydiscussed based on the theory of human capital and so on. This thesis utilizes thetheory of the advanced theories and research methods of abroad, by granting thequestionnaire, studying the literature, analyzing the mathematical statistics, and Thereasoning interpretation, finally, I give a systematic analysis of the employment ofcollege students. The literature including domestic and foreign literature reviewresearch, theory, mathematical statistics; and the deductive reasoning includingsample statistical analysis, sample analysis, sample deductive reasoning, includingimpact analysis, countermeasures, etc.This thesis consists of four parts, the first part is origin of the study, which raisedconcerns of the study and described the background to the study, the purpose of thestudy, The meaning of the research and the method of study; The second part is thesummary of previous research information, this part reviewed and summarized therelevant research which has been made in the theoretical and empirical results, gaveshortcomings of previous research, provides a breakthrough for this study; The thirdpart is the focus of the thesis, which analysis of social capital on the impact of theemployment of college graduates, using the survey method and field interviews; Thefourth part make a functional analysis on social capital based on the survey results andput forward a number of effective access to and accumulation of social capitalmeasure, including innovative and inadequate and follow-up research endeavors.
