This study is based on the practical experience of Hubei east primary school. Thearticle beginning parts mainly analysis the existing education resources status quo of thatprimary school. The school exists such problems: the weakness of qualified teachingstrength, the limited level of teachers, and the lack of core teachers.At the same time, theschool campus environment is pure, and the teachers’ thought open degree is higher witha strong appetite for changing.In this social work practical process, this article expounds the intervening progressof children left in education among three basic parts: the social workers in colleges,government, and the social work institutions. In the intervening process of social workers,the social workers mainly adopt integrated development model as working methods;facing the complex situation of left-behind children, no one is stick to one kind patternbut to use comprehensive social work methods that integrate development models, whichis an integrative director of the social resources, aiming to maximize the main supportingpowers.In the following parts of the article, they analysis in four dimensions: the politicallimited rights of the three basic parts-----the social workers of colleges, goverment, andthe social work institutions; the number of resources; the professional level and operativeflexibility of the crew. Through the analysis, the author sums up that these three basicparts have different advantages at different levels. Finally author concludes that thegovernment, the social workers of colleges, and the social work institutions these threebasic parts cooperate diversifiedly to manage main-body framework; these three basicparts are not in the relationship between superior and subordinate, but to workinteractively and together. Eventually they form the practical project which is based onthe focus of the left-behind children’s requirements, under the guiding of government supplying system, and relying on the social work services in colleges and institutions.The whole society work together to solve the problems of children left in education.
