With the rapid economic development,many colleges and universities face fiercecompetition under the impact of globalization,how to effectively improve managementlevel of university become a serious problem to university administrator.Therefore,vigorously carry out university organizational climate is effective approach to improve thelevel of university management.The school organizational climate has direct relation withschool leaders’s habituation leadership.This habituation is the expression of leadership style. Most scholars have pointed outthat the leaders who grasp more leadership styles have more tend to create a betterworking atmosphere to obtain a better performance.This paper states correlation theory ofthree kind of leading style and organizational climate,define transformational leadership,transactional leadership and laissez-faire leadership and concept of universityorganizational climate.Secondly,raise research hypothesis of this paper based on the actual situation ofliterature research physical truth. And after the literature search and interviews ofteachers,design the questionnaire,including three parts,they are basicinformation,leadership style and university organizational climate. Then to factor analysisand credit analysis the questionnaire. After factor analysis attribute college organizationalclimate to the academic atmosphere, management atmosphere, motivating atmosphere,work atmosphere and pressure atmosphere five dimensions.Then,analysis the correlationbetween the three leadership styles and five aspects of Universities organizationalclimate,as a whole,found that a positive correlation between transformational leadershipstyle and academic atmosphere, management atmosphere, work atmosphere andmotivation of the university organizational climate; but without obvious correlation withpressure atmosphere. Transactional leadership style has a positive correlation withacademic atmosphere, management atmosphere, work environment and incentives of theuniversity organizational climate; But with no obvious correlation with pressure atmosphere. Laissez-faire leadership style has a positive correlation with academicatmosphere, management atmosphere, work environment and incentives atmosphere of theuniversity organizational climate; But without obvious correlation with pressureatmosphere.Last, According to empirical results and related theories of this paper,we propose theintegrated management advise to improve of university organizational climate proposal,hoping to promote university organizational climate improvement to go toward a betterorientation.
