The leadership style of the Kindergarten principal will lead to the level of leadership effectiveness,which in turn affects the quality of the development of the garden.This research uses transformational and transactional leadership as an entry point to study the leadership style and influencing factors of the principals in the leadership process.Based on the research of the existing literature,this research uses a questionnaire survey method to interview 600 teachers.The kindergarten teachers conducted a survey on the current situation of the principal's leadership style,and on this basis used the interview method to interview 10 teachers and 12 principals.Research indicates:1.The current principals' leadership style scores are high and perform well,but the transformational leadership style scores are higher than the transactional leadership style.2.The leadership style of the principal is different in different demographic variables(1)There are significant differences in leadership styles between 26-35,36-45 and 46-year-old principals.The 36-45-year-old principals have the highest leadership styles and the best performance.(2)There are significant differences in the leadership styles of the principals with less than 2 years,3-5 years,6-10 years,and more than 11 years.The principals with more than 11 years of experience have the highest scores in the leadership style.The best performance.(3)There are significant differences in leadership styles among heads of five-star parks,four-star parks,three-star parks,and other star-rated kindergartens.Heads of kindergartens with lower levels have lower leadership styles,five-star and four-star kindergartens.The leadership style of the three-star principal has different scores in different dimensions.(4)There are significant differences in the leadership styles of public and private garden principals.The score of the leadership style of public garden principals is higher than that of private garden principals,which shows that the performance of public garden principals' leadership style is better than that of private garden principals.(5)There is no significant difference in vision incentives between kindergarten principals of different sizes,and there are significant differences in the other five dimensions.The leadership style of kindergarten principals in 13-18 classes is based on active exception management,contingency rewards,and personality.The lowest scores were both in regard to care and leadership charisma.3.The main factors affecting the principal's leadership style are the principal's own factors and the environmental factors of the park.Among them,the principal's own factors include the principal's personality,gender,age and work experience.The environmental factors of the garden include: the basic situation of the garden,the atmosphere of the garden,and the relationship with the subordinates.Based on the above research results,this research mainly puts forward the following two suggestions: 1.Improve the self-cognition of leadership style;2.Improve the use of leadership style.
