Ideological and political theory course is the main channel of college students,the main position of moral education, the practice teaching is to promote students"integration of theory with practice, the unity of knowing and doing" an importantmethod and way. The effect of Ideological and political theory course education ofuniversity students "poor, an important reason for divorce" is under the influence ofthe traditional idea, long-term since the "heavy theory, light practice", the ideologicaland political education theory divorced from practice, the students’ Ideological andmoral cultivation process, too much emphasis on the theory of cognition, neglectstudents’ moral emotion and moral will cultivate, practice teaching of Ideological andpolitical theory course is the weak link in the moral education in Colleges anduniversities. This study followed the goal of Ideological and political theory courseeducation is in essence the viewpoint of practice, based on the "quality standard","standard" the education idea, the purpose of improving the education effect ofIdeological and political theory course, strengthen and improve the practice teachingfor the purpose, from the analysis of the development of Xinjiang colleges anduniversities questionnaire survey of teachers and students at present, to tease out thepractice of Ideological and political theory course teaching are analyzed someproblems, such as students and teachers to the satisfaction of the ideological andpolitical theory course; practical teaching of ideological political theory course form,evaluation system, practice teaching hours and the funding and guidance of teachersand so on, and analyzed the reasons for these problems, including educational ideas,teaching methods and assessment methods, organization management, the practice ofconstruction funds, teachers, practice base construction etc.. In view of the existingproblems and puts forward some solutions: change the heavy theory, light practicephilosophy of education, improve the ideological and political theory course practiceteaching; to establish a set of practical teaching and scientific management system;strengthen the practice teaching base construction. In this study, to further strengthenand improve ideological and political theory course teaching, improve the quality ofeducation, promote students "Internalization" and "the unity of knowledge andpractice", has the universal guiding significance and reference value.
