Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Teaching Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the development of higher vocational colleges has been paid much attention,and the development of private higher vocational colleges is especially rapid.Private vocational colleges and state-owned colleges have big differences in the school system,management mode and mechanism etc.And because of its professionalized position and particular attention to the development of the curriculum,the development of ideological and political theory course in private higher vocational colleges is facing the challenge.This paper is divided into three parts to carry out research.First of all,reviews the evolution and development process of the private vocational colleges' ideological and political theory course.The course system of ideological and political theory course in private higher vocational colleges is defined.The characteristics of ideological and political theory course in Private Higher Vocational Colleges are also analyzed,affirming the important significance of the ideological and political theory course in Private Higher Vocational Colleges.This part has paved the theoretical way for the whole text.The second aims at the private higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province——S College,carrying out a survey and interview of the ideological and political theory Course.Through the analysis of the survey results of the S College,the achievements made in the teaching of ideological and political theory course and the problems in the teaching of ideological and political theory course in Private Higher Vocational Colleges are found,analyzing the reasons on this basis.The last is the key part of this thesis.Based on the problems found in the second part and combined with the actual situation of the development of private higher vocational colleges,this part puts forward some feasible strategies: the first one is to strengthen supervision and refine the evaluation criteria;the second one is to improve management awareness and improve the system construction;the third one is to enhance the teaching quality of the course;the fourth one is to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve personal ability;the fifth one is to optimize the external environment.
