An increase in the number of violent incidents against children in recent years make the trust of people in kindergarten teachers decrease gradually. The process of kindergarten teachers’ professional development and the decline of the professional ethics also make people worry teachers about. This study tries to analyze the existed problems in the field that how kindergarten teachers carry out the rules and punishment from the professional ethics.By this way,the author tries to find out the deeper reasons and provides the reasonable rules that can be put into practice for the kindergarten teachers to carry out punishment.The professional ethical principle and strategies can help the punishment achieve internalization. This research mainly use the literature analysis, interview method, observation method, and text analysis. First,the author defines the related concepts on professional ethics of kindergarten teachers and punishment.By literature review,the author analyze the present status of the study.Then on the basis of it,the author interviews some kindergarten schools to find out the problems in the field of punishment and analyze the reasons that lead to these problems.Then related solutions will be put forward to help kindergarten teachers to specify the punishment behaviors with the guidance of professional ethics.Thus the purpose of education can be achieved. Through the analysis of the present situation of problems in the implementation of punishment of kindergarten teachers under professional ethics perspective, we understand the relevant situation, which can be divided into the following three aspects: the existence problem of the lack of implementation in retribution justice of kindergarten teachers, the problem of the lack of implementation in benevolent punishment of kindergarten teachers, other problems in implementation of punishment of kindergarten teachers.Exploring the reason further based on the status of the analysis, the reason is mainly divided into two parts: kindergarten teachers and the management of kindergartens.The reasons of kindergarten teachers mainly are as follows:the weakness of professional ethics awareness, the lack of knowledge on professional ethics; the lack of educational knowledge and capacity reservation, single and multiple means of punishment with experience implementing punishment. The reasons of the management are as follows:the lack of ethical atmosphere in kindergarten, the large capacity in class, the low threshold and the lack of the punishment system.Research on the foundation of analysis draws the corresponding countermeasures. Divide into three aspects: kindergarten teachers improve their own professional ethics construction of kindergarten in many ways; kindergartens pay attention to professional ethics atmosphere and a clear implementation punishment ethical principles should be followed. This study observes professional ethical issues existed in the punishment behaviors of kindergarten teachers as much as possible, but due to various reasons, it has to miss some valuable research data in the process of investigating. In addition, this study will also make the countermeasures perfect. Therefore, the author will keep rethink profoundly in the future study, and keep improving.
