With the rapid development of network and communication technologies and with the dramatic increase of cyber citizen, online learning becomes popular. And online courses have injected new vitality for network learning.Network course has broken the time and space limit of traditional education, has rich resources and a variety of interactive learning tools, and provides learners with personalized learning environment. With the popularity of network course, the class built on the network course arises at the historic moment. The class in the online course refers to the networked learning community, which is composed of online learners.These Learners who have different cultures and background join a particular network courses for the common goals or interests. And they study and communicate with teachers and other learners in the virtual learning environment.The biggest difference between online learning and traditional learning is that the separation of teaching and learning behavior, which means students communicate with a computer and network course, rather than a teacher. because of the improper of management, there have been many problems about class in the network course. For example, The poor applicability of the learning resources, a failure of communication between the class members. Some learners cannot feel class atmosphere and team cohesion, which leads to high dropout rates and poor learning efficiency. The traditional class management mode has been unable to meet the needs of network course class. The network course facilitators have to update management concepts and explore new way of management. This study tries to use ecology thoughts and principles to examine the class of network course and management, construct the ecological model of class management, and present ecological management strategies for the network course class from two aspects.The research attempts to introduce the ecological ideas in class management of the network courses, and views the network curriculum of classes as an ecosystem. It described the ecological connotation of network course class, and analyzed its basic structure and life cycle. On this basis, it constructed the eco-management model of network course class. The model class management can be divided into subject management and environmental management. The class subjects include learners and facilitators and the environment include the physical environment, social environment and normative environment. Physical environment management of network course class is the management of all kinds of information and resources. Social environment management of the class is the management of interpersonal interaction and knowledge construction. Normative environment management of the class is the management of class norms, objectives and cultures.On the basis of eco-management model in the network course class, with the ecology principle and method, it put forward the operable ecological organization and management strategy, So that the class is transiting from isolated phase to development phase, and present the self-organizing and members autonomy in good condition. The ecological organization and management strategies is implemented in the class of "Introduction to Educational Technology "network course. Through the observation, interview and questionnaire, it analyzed the implementation effect.
