The study on educational ecology was originated from Western countries,and the time during 1970 s was recognized as the prime in the field of educational ecology.Since a lot of foreign scholars combine education with surrounding ecological environment,educational ecology has become the margin subject.The appearance of educational ecology enables teachers to change another brand-new thought to view education as well as find certain things back which have long been lost,like democracy,harmony,freedom and equality.The whole dissertation is mainly divided into four chapters:Chapter one is the introduction.In this part,I will illustrate the evidence of putting forwards this topic and the recent research trend and achievements so as to reveal the purpose,meanings and approaches of the study.This dissertation is designed to guide teachers to master the capability of effective class organization and students to be positively attended in the class.Besides that,the research meanings consist of theoretical meanings and practical meanings.Theoretical meanings refer to set up the organization and manipulation mode for class teaching applying educational ecology theories and offer new idea;while practical meanings are trying establishing ecological class with the theories of educational ecology.More importantly,the issues concerning the capability of organization and manipulation can be explored under harmonious atmosphere.which provides experiences for practical operative activity of class teaching organization and manipulation,With regard of study ways,I tend to apply document literature,observation and interview.In the second place,the basic theory of teachers' organization and manipulation based on educational ecology.In this part,I will interpret the scale of educational ecology,how class teaching becomes an ecological system,and finally I will introduce class teaching from the perspective of educational ecology.Indeed,the scale of educational ecology research presents the law of interactive system in educational environment and harmonious development.Here,ecological system refers to the functional integrity constituted of creature groups and surrounding environment.As foreducational ecological system is simply a branch in the ecological system,and at the same time class teaching is the core in the educational ecological system,for the reason of which we can also call it as class ecology.Furthermore,the issues existed in teaching organization and manipulation on real class.The goal of teaching organization and manipulation on class is narrow,generally speaking,for emphasizing a lot scores and theoretic knowledge,while neglecting the development of students' abilities.The class is kind of restricted as the ideas of teaching organization and manipulation on class is rigid and decisive.Besides that,there is a lack of communication and interaction between students and teachers.Generally,the biggest problem presented in the real teaching is the guide according to theoretic knowledge and attaining high marks.What's worse,it is also the standard to assess the success and failure of students' academic performance and teachers' teacher level,which not only leads to teachers' impure motive towards educational career,and destroys the introvert understanding of students and the fantasy for one's future.Lastly,educational ecology puts forward an upward strategy according towards teachers' teaching organization and manipulation on class in chapter one,namely effective restriction,emotion management as well as answering questions on the basis of the illustrated theories in the former three chapters.
