Hundred years’ policy based on education; while the education policy based on teachers. Good teachers are essential to good education. Teachers are engineers of the great educational project and the most important behavioral subjects of education activities. The quality of teachers in direct relation to the quality of education, especially, with the requirements for teachers of the new curriculum reform, cultivating high-qualified teachers team has already been the necessary requirement and developmental trend of our nation’s educational undertaking.Teaching practice is one of the most crucial parts of teacher’s education. As a intern who is about to be frontline teacher, it is a problem for each intern which must be solved that how to bring theory and practice together and promote self-growth and self-development in the process of practice. Many practices and studies have showed that cooperation is one of the most necessary ways to promote the teachers’ self-development. Therefore, this paper is mainly concerned with interns in the process of teaching practice, regards intern’s self-development as the basic starting point and divides into five parts to research intern’s cooperation.The first part (problem part):This paper mainly clarifies the importance teacher’s professional development and promotion of cooperation for teacher’s professional development, therefore, the paper puts forward the problems of intern’s cooperation that existed in the process of teaching practice. Cooperation is a necessary way of intern’s professional development. We should carry out collaboration activity during internship, promote intern’s self-development and growth, form good partnership, and cultivate intern’s cooperative and communication skills in the process of interaction.The second part (literature review):This paper mainly analyses the content of teachers’cooperation, summarizes and depicts the basic study of cooperation theory and the cooperation practice according to previous literatures, therefore putting forward the basic concept and practice form of intern’s cooperation.The third part (study design):This paper defines the related concept on the basis of theoretical analyses, proposes research methods of the study, problems to solve and points out the aim and value of the studyThe fourth part is about analysis of the study results. it aims at four research problems of study design and analyses the status of intern teacher. Firstly, we analyses intern’s sense of cooperation, pointing out the cooperative cognition, cooperative attitude and cooperative motivation of the intern during teaching practice.Secondly, the basic procedure of cooperation during practice is presented from three aspects,namely preparations and plans of cooperation, implementation of cooperation and reflection and summary of cooperation. Thirdly, we discuss the specific situation of intern’s cooperation effects from individual and group aspects. Fourthly, the existent problems during teaching practice are put forward and Causes of Problems are briefly analyzed from the external and internal factors.The fifth part mainly discusses the strategies on how to improve cooperation effects. This paper aims at the reasons and problems which existed in the process of interns’ cooperation at present, puts forward some solving suggestion about improving cooperation effects in the aspects of individuals and co-operational organizations as well as schools.
