With the deepening of education reform, people have more and more strict requirements to teacher education. Teachers’ cooperation is not only an important content of teacher education, but also as the main yardstick to measure weather the teacher has high quality or not. The teachers’ work of traditional isolation method is no longer adapted to the modern society. The current education reforms quickly. And at the same time, the concept and behavior of teachers should be kept pace with the times."The teachers’ cooperation" just should come to the life in the context of education reform."Cooperation" is not just a kind of advanced concept, which should be internalized into the teachers’ behavior."Teachers’ cooperation" has become a hot topic in education field for decades. However, it’s a pity that the theory of teachers’ cooperative research is weak, which can’t guide the practice effectively. So the current situation of teachers’ cooperation in primary school is not optimistic. Thus, it is urgent for educators to put forward some scientific answers in order to promote teachers’ cooperation.In this research, we studied mainly by the methods of literature, questionnaire and individual interview to achieve our aims. On one hand, helping primary school teachers understand the connotation of teachers’ cooperation, so as to establish a positive values orientation upon teachers’ cooperation and strengthen teachers’ will to choose it. On the other hand, we can put forward effective counter-measures and suggestions by the investigation of the present situation of teachers’ cooperation in primary school. We can also play a guiding role to promote teachers’ cooperation in primary school. The basic theoretical research of teachers’ cooperation connotation, ways and significance is beneficial to teachers. It can help teachers to have a deep understanding of what is cooperation, its ways as well as the importance of cooperation, etc. The investigation of the present situation of teachers’ cooperation is good for us to understand the real condition. And at the same time, which providing basis for counter-measures and suggestions. Counter-measures and suggestions are good for solving the problems existing in the current teachers’ cooperation, and guide teachers’ cooperation quickly and efficiently.By the study, we found that the current situation of teachers’ cooperation in primary school is not optimistic. Mainly exist the following problems: Teachers’ cooperation consciousness is higher, but the actual action is poorer; Other-organization cooperation way is more, satisfaction is relatively low; Low quality of the teachers’ cooperation, especially cooperation skills is poor; The ideological identity of school is higher, but the actual security is short; Teachers feel low satisfied with the overall cooperation. There are many reasons hindering teachers’ cooperation, including social reasons, schools reasons and teachers’ personal reasons. Based on the investigation of present situation and the reason analysis, we combine the ideal with reality, draw lessons with our own lessons, theory with practice. We put forward real and effective counter-measures and suggestions respectively from the concept level, system level, management level and skill level.
