Abstract:Adopting teachers ’professional development strategy and teachers’ continuing education is the important way of keeping teachers improving their quality and cultivation, promoting education to develop forwardly and improve quality education and teaching reform. Through dozens of years’ development and change, Chinese English teaching experiences from zero to gradual development. However, affected by the traditional educational mode and restricted by the graduation pressure and evaluating mechanism, the teachers’ cooperation is far from satisfaction. The competition and cooperation among Chinese Middle-school English Teachers is an important issue related to improve English teaching result effectively. This paper holds that the teachers’ partners’ cooperation is the important way of improving Chinese English teaching and important method to improve the quality and cultivation of middle-school English teachers. Against the backdrop of new course teaching reform, the cooperation among teachers is crucially important. The cooperation among teacher partners can be beneficial to promote the middle-school teachers to adapt to the requirement of new course reform and improve and perfect themselves continually.Through expounding the theoretical foundation and status analysis of the teacher partners’ cooperation for study, this paper states the important role played by teachers’ cooperation in teachers’ professional development and teachers’ continuing education. On its basis, combining the conditions in Sichuan Chengdu Shuangliu High School, this paper analyzes the concrete teaching practice of teachers’ cooperation and the principles: common anticipation, sharing resources, observing rules and joint enjoying the results. It puts forward the research strategies of teacher partner cooperation:school management system, school cultural feature, organizing forms, fundamental units and efficiency. In the meanwhile, this paper also proposes ten methods of partner cooperation research among middle-school English teachers.
