In recent years, the social acceptance of secondary vocational education is from bad to worse. But there still are the individual secondary vocational schools to do very well, the needs of enterprises and students are very exuberant. And Zhejiang Yongkang Vocational and Technical School is to stand out from a "star" secondary vocational school. It had became a "sweet pastry" for everyone from a deserted rural vocational schools in just ten years. The rapid rise of this school not only made counterparts admired, but also received highly praised from leadership, also caused many news media attentions.What made the school change decayed for magical and came to the fore in the tight encirclement? In the perspective of organizational behavior to explore the key to the school’success, the key is that the teachers have a high level of organizational commitment and show good job performance under the principal leadership style of Kangxin Hua. So this school forms relatively perfect organization management culture and constantly attracts excellent teachers to form an excellent work team.Starting from the organizational behavior, the primary goal of the secondary vocational school is to stable teachers team by using teachers’ organizational commitment and to enhancement teacher resources by attracting excellent teachers constantly.So that teachers have a high organizational commitment and good job performance, so as to realize the organizational goal of the school. Therefore, this research makes a study based on carding and analyzing the teachers’ organizational commitment researches in domestic and abroad. This research mainly adopts questionnaire and depth interview method, to discuss the Zhejiang Yongkang Vocational and Technical School teacher’s organizational commitment from the influence of the problem of organizational commitment the antecedent variable-in population statistics, the intermediary variable-principal leadership style and consequence variables-teachers’ job performance. And according to the results of this research,this article brings forward some suggestions and countermeasures such as strengthening the government’s responsibility of the secondary vocational education to create a good social approval; standardizing the school teachers management system to build a harmonious campus culture, to further improve the secondary teachers’ organizational commitment level. And this article hopes that can have a reference for the organizational management of the secondary vocational schools who are still trapped in crisis of social acceptance through the case-by-case of this "star" secondary vocational school.
