In March2012, the ministry of education in our country released the’Education informatization development plan in next ten years’, explicitly pointed out that, by2020, basically completed everyone can enjoy high quality education resource information-based learning environment. Interactive electronic whiteboard (hereinafter referred to as the electronic whiteboard), as the latest educational media, being honored as "the foundation platform of school education informatization" by Mr. Guonong Nan. Teacher must come first in Educational informazation. In order to maximum the effects of the interactive electronic whiteboard as ’the foundation platform of school education informatization’, we need to cultivate a large number of teachers who mastering knowledge and have teaching application ability of electronic whiteboard. As the future teachers, pre-service teachers should be familiar with electronic whiteboard teaching application.Through the literature research findings, electronic whiteboard is grown rapidly in education, but the electronic whiteboards skill level of teachers is generally low, it can’t meet the demand of teaching. The existing research mainly carries on the electronic whiteboard technology and electronic whiteboard teaching application advantages, etc. The research on electronic whiteboard skills training is less. Currently researchers generally pay close attention to in-service teacher training, and lack of awareness of the pre-service teachers Currently the cases in the study of electronic whiteboard training are text cases, and scattered in different articles, against the development of learning. Existing video resources of the electronic whiteboards are the company training video, emphasis on technology and despise teaching. Furthermore some video cases exist in the form of CD attached with books, is not conducive to resource sharing.This study used questionnaire survey method to know pre-service teachers’ existing electronic whiteboards skill levels and training mode has carried on the preliminary research, found that the pre-service teachers’ electronic whiteboard skill levels is low, among most of the training emphasis on teaching and contempt practice, ignoring the learners’ main body role, and most of class teaching, ignoring the learners’ individual differences. Found in interviews, pre-service teachers already have video case learning basic hardware conditions, methods, techniques, etc., but they are lack of interactive tools and in-depth reflection. So implementation of pre-service teachers based on video putted forward electronic whiteboards hybrid training, achieve together learning and practice, in-depth reflection and personalized learning is necessary.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, including research questions, research purpose and meaning, research contents and methods, etc.. The second part is the research review, including the key concepts and related theory, and the research on present situation about electronic whiteboards and it’s training. The third part is present situation investigation, the investigation is mainly focused on the pre-service teachers’existing electronic whiteboards skill levels and the present situation of the training. Part four implemented blended electronic whiteboards skill training for pre-service teachers under the network environment, design the training program, constructing the training model, and on the basis of existing research, designed and developed high quality electronic whiteboards video case studies, constructed the electronic whiteboard video case learning platform.The innovation point of this study is:build a blended training model and the learning method of using video annotation. This model not only applies to electronic whiteboards skills training for pre-service teachers, also can be applied to pre-service teachers’practical skills training courses and other non-normal practicality courses. But this research also has its disadvantages, such as attaches less importance to the construction of the network learning community, didn’t design the network learning incentive mechanism, etc. These will be my future research direction, and also hope it can be reference for other researchers.
