"Speeding up the process of education information" is presented in National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020), it includes speeding up the construction of educational infrastructure, accelerating the development and application of high-quality education resources and building a national education management information system. In recent years, Chemoinformatics has gradually developed as a new branch of chemistry, with the development of computer technology, network technology and the massive accumulation of chemical information. Chemoinformatics is an interdisciplinary that is built on the basis of the multi-disciplinary. It can express, manage, analyze, simulate and disseminate chemical information in order to achieve the extraction, conversion and sharing of chemical information. It reveals the internal essence of chemical information and promotes knowledge innovation of chemistry by using of computer technology and computer network technology. In this paper, we suggest that some contents of Chemoinformatics are introduced into Chemistry education in high school in china. Therefore, we investigated course requirements, content, teaching methods of Chemoinformatics in the Chemistry in high school. We plan to collect information about the rationality of the chemical informatics contented by using the questionnaire and interview. We also investigated the opinions of chemistry teacher and the demand of the students for Chemoinformatics content in the chemistry curriculum of high school. Finally, we analyzed and determined the most appropriate Chemoinformatics content and manner, according to the curriculum evaluation method of Chemical Educational Measurement and Evaluation. Chemoinformatics makes students grasp the methods of obtaining new Chemistry information and improve the response and self-learning to new knowledge ability in high school. It is of great significance that students quickly adapt to reform and development of new knowledge, new technology in the later stage of higher education. It is also important to promote internationalization and informationization of education. This thesis is divided into two parts, the research on theory and practice.Part1:Theory study. We introduced Chemoinformatics into Chemistry of High School for the development of students in the era of development of information technology. It includes the present situations of chemical informatics that have been opened both in china and abroad, and the necessity and feasibility of chemical informatics have been set up in high school chemistry.Part Ⅱ:Application study. It includes teaching content, teaching outline, teaching design and its practice of Chemoinformatics in high school chemistry course. Firstly, we analyze the needs of the students by investigating and communicating with teachers and students. Secondly, we investigate Chemoinformatics teaching in the high school chemistry curriculum content based the curriculum evaluation method of Chemical Educational Measurement and Evaluation. Finally, we determine the most suitable teaching knowledge of chemical informatics in high school.
