The combination of modern information technology and chemical education has been deepened by the guidance of science and technology and the promotion of the internet.Chemical education has entered the information age.In terms of high school chemistry discipline itself,the combination of teaching and information technology is becoming more and more common.The utilization of multimedia tools can play a significant role in strengthening teaching effect.Different from junior middle school,high school teachers face more difficult chemistry expertise and much heavier work pressure,requiring a better understanding of information literacy to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching.About all,it is extremely urgent to improve the information literacy of chemical teachers and of great significance to actively explore ways to improve the information literacy of chemical teachers.According to the experts and scholars at home and abroad,the definition of information literacy,teachers' information literacy and high school chemical teachers' information literacy has been made systematically.At the same time,a comprehensive analysis of their connotation structure has also been made.Based on the consistent arguments of experts at home and abroad,the high school chemical teachers' information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information morality were used as 4 primary indicators.Based on which the author set up 10 secondary indexes and 15 three-level indexes to investigate the information literacy of 56 chemistry teachers in Penglai city.The data was analyzed systematically and the conclusions are as follows.Most high school chemistry teachers have been deeply impressed that chemical information resources can play an important role in teaching regardless of a significant distance from consciousness to action.Most of them cannot learn chemical information resources consciously,use them actively,and lack the spirit of research.They have a good access to the basic knowledge of information technology but a weak manipulation of information tools.The use of chemical professional websites and software is not very optimistic.They can skillfully obtain chemical information resources through baidu,Google and other search engines or the way in which teachers copy each other.They can effectively and efficiently extract useful chemicalinformation and use it selectively.They can select the right class presentation tools,but the presentation is relatively unitary.They are also not good at using software to make multimedia courseware.Most of them have not done or heard of electronic file bags.They should change the way of teaching evaluation as soon as possible rather than care too much for the outputs.They can communicate with others through WeChat(group),QQ(group),blog and so on.They believe that a certain moral code needs to be adhered.Aiming at the currently existing problems,corresponding promotion strategies were proposed from two perspectives.For the education authorities,they should enhance the construction of information technology equipment and improve utilization ratio.They should also change their mindset and ease the pressure on high school chemistry teachers as well as establish the new corresponding evaluation incentive policies.In addition,they should also offer distance training courses for information technology education.Finally,normal colleges and universities should rationalize the curriculum setting of normal undergraduates.For high school chemistry teachers themselves,first,they should strength their chemical information consciousness.They should have the awareness of learning consciously and using chemical information resources to serve the teaching of chemistry with significantly improved skills.Second,they should learn chemical information knowledge.They should regularly learn new knowledge to improve themselves.Third,they should develop chemical information skills.They should develop the ability to retrieve and get chemical information from multiple sources,including traditional channels--libraries.After obtaining the information,the first step is to correctly judge its credibility.In addition to basic office software,they should also master some general teaching softwares and chemical professional softwares.The ability of information-based teaching means integrating traditional and modern information methods and teaching effectively.Chemistry teachers should be closely tracking the new education trend and firmly absorb the new education concept and actively apply it to their own teaching.Fourth,they should abide the chemical information ethics.
