In the background of economic globalization and internationalization of education, society requires more than application-oriented talents with a solid professional foundation, more needs not only know professional knowledge but also proficient in foreign languages and communication of the compound talents. In order to improve the ability about English communication and thinking skills of high-quality personnel. Bilingual teaching as a training means into the higher education stage. Bilingual teaching has a high attention since its inception in2001, NOW we already have some foundation and achievements in the concept of bilingual education, bilingual teaching purposes and so on.Bilingual teaching courses in Colleges and universities involves liberal arts, science, medicine, business management and other types of professional. In this paper we use questionnaire and interviews as research methods to survey education process and teaching elements on the bilingual teaching. Based on the correct analysis of the relevant literature and data research, summarizes the problems existing in the process of bilingual teaching in science. And from two aspects of theory and practice to discuss the problems of the bilingual teaching process. This paper is divided into five parts:Part I:Introduction. Put forward the necessity of bilingual teaching, introduce abroad development about bilingual teaching, Discusses China’s current bilingual teaching research, Statement the research thinking and the breakthrough pointPart II:Introduction the basic theory of bilingual teaching, to provide theoretical support for the researchPart III:Through the analysis of the survey, summarized some problem in the bilingual teaching process.Part IV:The paper will discuss and give some advice from increasing the teachers’and students’awareness. the construction of bilingual campus. the construction of teachers’group, the construction of bilingual teaching material and supervisal.Part V:On the basis of summarizing this paper and pointing out the shortcomings of this study, to make recommendations for a follow-up study.
