With the development of science and technology, international exchanges and cooperation increasingly closed. China, in such a great situation to maintain their competitiveness, will require a large number of talents who have both of professional knowledge and language skills. Thus, bilingual education has become one of ways to cultivate the talents for national development and social progress. Bilingual education abroad has a long history, its definition, properties, purpose, background, teaching and so have an in-depth research, more prominent in the relationship between the bilingual capability and cognitive development. Domestic form of bilingual education has its own characteristics based on the successful experience from abroad, but the researchers failed to rise to the level of theory. There are three types of bilingual education model, our model should be the maintaining, it is in ensuring that the basis of academic goals, and strive to cultivate the language skills of students. it is an extension of academic teaching, not the second language teaching.This article is based on science subject as the experimental field to practice bilingual education research, which aims to enable students to master the science knowledge in curriculum standards, to learn science and technology in English. In the whole process of curriculum, student-centered is the core, which can make students improve their language level with the learning of scientific knowledge, and also reflect the value of bilingual education. Science is the new emerging discipline in the curriculum reform. The practice of specialized bilingual research is benefit for us to accumulate experience of bilingual education, and also the development of a bilingual professional theoretical research.The using of literature, the survey method, case studies and quasi-experimental research method is throughout the research. On the basis of grasping the characteristics of science and bilingual teaching theory, we carry out the quasi-experimental study with the preparation of the questionnaire and the design and implementation of bilingual teaching plan. Through data processing and analysis of experimental results, the experiment confirmed the two hypotheses, that is, the implementation of bilingual teaching in the science lessons did not affect the students to master the science knowledge, and also improved their language ability. At the same time, through this research, I found that bilingual education has also improved students' interests in learning and enhanced the teaching quality of teachers. Therefore, the bilingual teaching contains a vast reservoir of research value.Bilingual teaching covers a wide range of research topics, and this issue is also still in the exploratory stage, there are still some issues to be more in-depth thinking and practice.
