Entering the21st,withthe development of the information economy, raw materials, labor is no longerhe the most important factors to promote economic development, the most important is the using of knowledge. If the knowledge as the promotion of economic development is the most important factor of words, so the influence of education to be reckoned. In order to improve education quality and education level, we conducted a series of education reform. Basic education curriculum reform as an important sign of a new round of curriculum reform is underway. Compared with the traditional basic education curriculum, the new curriculum, course objectives, course structure, course content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation and curriculum management are put forward new requirements. However, in the actual of Chinese teaching in class at middle school, the teacher is still the "masters" in classroom. He according to the teaching material, the using of the traditional teaching media-blackboard, chalk, rigidly passed to students teaching content, and ultimately tothestudent’s test scoresas an evaluation. Students are passive accept, the dominant position did not reflect. Effective communication and interaction is lacked between teachers and students. Classroom teaching is a direct result of the effectiveness of teaching is low, the waste of educational resources and the student’s one-sided development. So, to change the traditional classroom teaching is imperative.Since the1990s, the network quickly immersed into people’s lives and changed the way of living, learning and thinking. Classroom teaching under the network environment is the product of this social context, with the aid of the network,classroom teaching has become a new classroom teaching mode.In the analysis of the current status quo of Chinese classroom teaching in middle school,this paper pointed out the drawbacks of traditional Chinese teaching, and further analysis of the reasons for the Chinese classroom teaching in middle school being questioned.Based on this, the use of the network environment for Chinese classroom teaching is produced.Using network to undertake the Chinese classroom teaching is based on constructivism, cognitivism and developmental teaching theory. It is not only a kind of practice and exploration, but also of the concept of new curriculum reform. By the literature method, field observation and questionnaire method, obtained the characteristics, essence and advantages of the Chinese classroom teaching under the network environment. That everything has two sides, the Chinese classroom teaching under the network environment is also no exception.In a series of advantage has also inevitably has some problems, but what we can do is try to "foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses". This paper also through the induction tentatively puts forward a teaching form under the network environment,trying to through this new teaching form can effectively improve the utilization rate of the network in the classroom and increase students’ interest. Meanwhile, reduce the burden of students’ learning.In the current situation, and completely abandon the traditional classroom teaching is impossible.At the same time, traditional Chinese classroom teaching and classroom teaching under the network environment have their own pros and cons. Absorbing both the essence, getting rid of outdated drawbacks, and ultimately achieve the organic integration of traditional classroom teaching and classroom teaching under the network environment, enabling to realize the fundamental purpose of education-to promote the overall development of students.
