In a sense, everyone is a genius that makes certain contribution for social development. But in today’s high schools, there is such a vulnerable groups, which is dubbed "learning difficulties" in their names for a backward subjects. The majority of poor students are most of Chinese learning difficulty. Therefore, they have not had time to make contributions to society, and then their own personal worth is denied. In the trend of "people-oriented", learning difficulties is an urgent problem, which need to be concerned and their own value needs to be awakened. As a basic subject, Chinese have an assignable influence upon our daily lives, interpersonal and social survival at the same time. But as a Chinese, if we can not learn our native language well, how to enhance the quality of national predispositions and how could we stand in the national forest of world. For these two reasons, this study is based on the maximized solving the problems of Chinese learning difficulties,in order to provide help and inspiration for frontline teachers of Chinese in middle school in teaching and management.There are five chapters in this study. The first chapter is introductions, which describes the reason for writing, research programs and define the concept of the study. By reference to the domestic and foreign scholars on the definition of the concept of learning difficulties, this study defined the concept of the "Chinese learning difficulties in high school", which refers to learning ability of high school students are lower than averages of the requirements in "Curriculum standard". And the ability is also about listening, speaking, reading, writing of Chinese language learning, an elementary method of Chinese language learning, good study habits and language learning ability.The second chapter summarizes the research status of both inside and outside China. Domestic research mainly introduces the study of students with learning difficulties from ancient China to modern, foreign study introduces the study of students with learning difficulties in Western countries at the end of the nineteenth Century to twenty-first Century. To understand the research situation at home and abroad and research background, which provides a theoretical basis for this study.Against this theory background, the third and forth chapters make a concrete analysis of research content.The third chapter is the summarization and analysis of the questionnaire and interview results. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of500high school students, and I draw-out the sample of175students to make a deep analysis. Also there are altogether100peoples, including some high school Chinese teachers and parents were interviewed. After analyzing the data, this study draws the factors of improvement of senior Chinese learning difficulties are students themselves, school education and family education. Specifically, in accordance with the students’ own factor, questionnaire investigation examine mainly for three parts, including students’ basic situation, cognitive factors and non-cognitive factors. Aiming at the external factors of the school education and family education, this paper is divided into two steps of survey. The first step is questionnaire for high school Chinese learning difficulties, which is mainly about high school students’ satisfaction to Chinese teachers and parents. In order to understand indirectly the influence the teachers and parents did to the learning difficulties.The second step is to conduct interviews with high school Chinese teachers and parents, and in order to positive understand high school Chinese teachers and parents’ attitudes and opinions to students with learning difficulties.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the features, causes and transformation strategies of high school Chinese students with learning difficulty. Based on the third chapter, students with learning difficulty are classified into five types in this chapter, including weakness of basic knowledge, improper learning method, bad learning habits, unknown learning motivation and loss of learning interest. For each type, four aspects are analysis in this paper. There are definition, features, cause analysis and transformation strategy. And this paper is also supplemented by the teaching practice in order to illustrate vividly the problem. In the part of transformation strategy, Combined with requirements of "curriculum standard", and according to the theory of Ebbinghaus’s forgetting curve, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Gardiner’s multiple intelligence,Skinner’s reinforcement and Weiner’s attribution, the author will give feasible suggestions in students themselves, teachers and parents,so as to achieve the combination of theory and practice, then we could put forward to deal with related affairs.But these strategies are not isolated, the transformation is based on all aspects’ comprehensive coordination. Only all aspects of interaction, then we could maximized solve the problem.Students would as soon as possible to remove "underachievers" hat and they are laid a solid foundation to go into higher education or society.Despite the large volume of data collected in the course of the study, and according to the research results of domestic and foreign, because of my own limited conditions and the process factors in the investigation, there are still many problems in this study, and the transformation strategy is not entirely reasonable, so the teacher should consider if this is feasible in teaching. The author will also continue to research deeply in the future, so as to put forward more reasonable transformation strategy.
