In the wave of reform and education, ability of traditional high school physics teachers can’t meet the need of education reform, build a new teaching ability structure must be of high school physics teachers, and strive to improve their physical teaching ability. In this paper, through the understanding of the current situation of teaching ability of peaceful county teachers, analyzing the existing problems and influencing factors of the teaching ability of high school physics teachers, and puts forward some basic strategies to improve the physical teachers’ teaching ability, physical teachers hope for peace County teachers some help.This research mainly uses the literature method, questionnaire method and interview method. First of all, the author based on the analysis of research on teaching ability of high school physics teacher, construct the development of teaching ability of four-dimensional structure. Secondly, the author conducted a survey and interviews of peaceful county high school physics teachers, and analyzes the factors hindering and promoting the development of their teaching ability. According to the results of the survey of peaceful county high school physics teachers teaching ability, there are some problems in many aspects. Finally, the author aimed at these problems, from the aspects of individual teachers, schools, government and education departments in four to improve the high school physics teachers’ teaching ability.
