The implementation of the ordinary high school Physical education and health curriculum reform and promote the "healthy China 2030" systems engineering,needs high school Physical education teachers to fully understand the profound connotation of the ordinary high school Physical education and health curriculum reform,do not forget to improve high school students sports core literacy beginner's mind,keep in mind the "healthy China 2030" great mission,active to raise their teaching ability to highlight the necessity and importance.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,field survey and mathematical statistics,this study investigated and studied the teaching ability of Physical education teachers in Huaibei high school from the perspective of students' core Physical education accomplishment,and put forward reasonable Suggestions for the problems,thus contributing to the prosperity and development of Physical education in Huaibei high school.Through the research,it is found that the main problems of Physical education teachers in huaibei high school are :(1)the proportion of graduates and above is slightly small.(2)There are no full-time senior or special-grade teachers.(3)The proportion of good evaluation of the five teaching abilities is the highest,and there is an urgent need to improve their teaching ability.(4)Teaching reflective ability needs to be strengthened and improved again.Under the background of the new era of core literacy,it is necessary to study the theoretical system and institutional system systematically,and at the same time to explore the practical road solidly and become a qualified senior high school Physical education teacher in the new era.In view of the problems to realize the core accomplishment of student sports,this study puts forward the countermeasures of development of huaibei city high school sports teachers teaching ability for:(a)from the practice of xi jinping,general secretary education theory,called on the career guiding ideology,clear high school Physical education teachers,perfect the system of the high school Physical education teacher training theory three aspects to construct theoretical system of huaibei city high school sports teachers teaching ability.(2)To build an institutional system toimprove the teaching ability of senior high school Physical education teachers in Huaibei city from three aspects: strictly controlling the admittance system of senior high school Physical education teachers,deepening the training reform of senior high school Physical education teachers,consolidating the foundation of Physical education teachers' ability,implementing the system of reducing teachers' burden and increasing teachers' ability,and creating an efficient environment for Physical education.(3)from expand the approaches of ability training and ability to achieve diversification development,enrich the school teaching activities,multi-channel development of ability to implement,professional sports team lead,multi-channel development of ability to implement three aspects of education related department practice path and personal ability of five kinds of teaching high school Physical education teachers practice path two aspects,the implementation of huaibei city high school sports teachers teaching ability.
