In recent years, scholars at home and abroad research the related basic theory research of teachers’ teaching evaluation and have a lot of harvest, but the formulation of specific evaluation system are lack of feasibility, at the same time, the case study on teachers’ teaching evaluation remains is to be further enriched.Teaching evaluation by the analyse of inquest and text,sums the problems:the aim of evaluation、the making of evaluation、the mode of evaluation and so on. These problems are the result of many factors, including economic, social and personal factors. This article were mainly analyzed from the macro and micro aspects:the market economy and the impact of utilitarianism, emphasising on instrumental rationality; Teachers’ subject status is absence in teaching evaluation. In view of the above, To the problems of teaching evaluation,the research brings four recommendations:setting the accurate conception of teaching evaluation;enriching and refining the mode of evaluation;building many dimension、diversify evaluation system;deploying the faculty teacher in the process of evaluation.This research proposes that college teaching evaluation should be formulated and implemented to promote faculty development,the organizations.The evaluation is not pasting the good or bad labels,not to prove,but to improve,to improve the level of teaching and accelerate the development of the teacher major. The formulation and implementation of university teachers’ teaching evaluation should be following this concept.
