| Course standard of Chinese (outline) are according to the characteristics of discipline and teaching rules of Chinese, stipulate country the basic quality and requirement in the field of national Chinese, it has reflected our country's basic demand that students to different stages of the country are in Chinese knowledge and technical ability, and in Chinese learning process and methods, emotional attitude and values .The outline have expounded the nature, goal, content frame of Chinese course and put forward suggestions on Chinese teaching and evaluation . As a standard, course standard of Chinese is base of the teaching materials writing, Chinese teaching, assessment and examination propositions, and the foundation of national management and evaluation on Chinese course. In the new round of course reform both mainland and Taiwan attach great importance to the making of outline. Based on the same orientation, the cultural Chinese mainland standard and outline that Taiwan makes have a lot of in common. Meanwhile, because of differences on political and economic systems, culture, ideology and places, it is obvious that there are also difference in formulation. So, in Chinese course reformation, both Taiwan and Mainland have more things to learn from each other. Proceeding with background of standard formulation of course, I make compares on basic idea, general aim of the stage, main point of implementing, and appraisement between the documents. Through comparison, we can learn something in making further revise continent.The first part of thesis has recommended the production and syllabus of course standard (outline) .We can know the development and the change of course standard (outline) and then we understand the influence to makenew Chinese course standard.The second part introduces the background of making standard and outline on aspects of basic education reform, the new century requirement on people, foreign country's mother courses, current situation and issue.In the third part, between standard mainly with outline through comparative research, we can know the common idea in the course content from it, course framework, course goal, course common ground and the difference in course goal and ability index, teaching material writing and course evaluation.Different mode of thinking, values, social and political factors determines that members of the same nation give a different thinking about the same question in different background, this can also account for difference between two sides in standard and outline. In the fourth part is through rational thinking such, we can get the enlightenment from Taiwan outline. |
