| The rapid development of China’s education career of thirty years of reform and openness, provides a good environment for the development of University and college sports associations, and sports associations in colleges has thus entered a new opportunity, having a unprecedented development. Sports associations of college as a part of sports associations in China are more and more concerned and attended by people, and Shanghai, Jiangsu as the most developed regions of our country’s economic and education, the achievements in the country is leading, which provides certain representativeness and prospective for other provinces of our country. We can say that the development of today’s colleges and Universities Sports Association is unprecedented, and the achievement is brilliant. However, the problems and disadvantages behind the brilliant hide in its development, which will affect the development if we not to take timely measures. So I chose the student sports associations of Colleges in Shanghai and Jiangsu area as the object of study, and make a survey on the development of college student sports organization in this region.This paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other research methods, surveying the situation of present activities of sports associations of College in Shanghai and Jiangsu area. Sue, Shanghai12colleges and universities sports community variety, wide coverage of project, directional cross-country, survival, hiking, skating, yoga, dance and other emerging community is set up, various colleges and universities was deeply loved by students, stimulate the students’enthusiasm to participate in sports activities;12colleges and universities are based on the characteristics of the sports community set up corresponding organizations; All can community related articles of the association rule-based; Some community activities to carry out the good community have stage or annual plan; Development activities are all in school funding and some good community have corporate sponsorship. Although the university sports club development is good, but have some problem that not allow to ignore is seriously affecting the normal development of the sports societies, even hinder its development. Although, Su, Shanghai student sports associations in universities develops fast, has made no small achievement, but with the rapid development of sports associations, some problems are also seriously affected the normal development of sports associations, and even hinder its development. The main problems show follows:1. the system is not perfect, the organization is not standardized, and the management is unscientific;2. Sports Societies venues of sports club activities are lacking;3. single, lack of rationality;4. the degree of students participating is low;5. sports associations in the propaganda are not enough to do;6. sports clubs lack of funds, with a single source;7. The focus and support on the sports associations of college students from schools and the community is not enough. Therefore, based on these problems in some areas of Jiangsu, Shanghai University Student Sports Organization, we put forward the following opinions and suggestions:1. strengthening sports associations propaganda, and actively expanding the various publicity channels;2. promoting the sports community management and organization widely;3. to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, and rational use of the sports resources;4. to strengthen the college physical education, and cultivate the students’consciousness of lifelong sports;5. fully exert the positive influence on the university sports associations, and entity to promote its road.6. Schools and the society should give sports associations more space and more support of development;7. Sports organization is an important part of campus culture construction, which should be included in the construction of rail. |
