The Study On Formation Of Teachers’ Virtue In The Field Of Communication Between Teachers And Students

It is well-know that the teachers’virtue is very important, which is the focus of the whole society and the research of teachers’ethics in such a background as teachers’professional development. It not only plays a significant role in the healthy development of teachers, but also reflects values of intellectuals which have serious impact on students’value selection and relate to the physical and mental health of students as well as their moral growth. In a word, the teachers’virtue shows teachers’ personality charm and has special educational power.The traditional research of teachers’virtue is confined to the political level clinging to old ways, and seems to have some difficulties to adapt to the requirements matching the transformation of modern society. According to the development of teachers’virtue, influenced by many factors inside and outside, occurs in interpersonal communication, among which the communication between teachers and students has particular and fundamental significance. So, the study describe the formation and development of teachers’virtue on the basis of understanding the reality of teachers’virtue and the interaction theory, and analysis the character and particular significance in the field of communication between teachers and students,which tries to get rid of the shackles of the traditional research and transform research paradigm.In the field of communication between teachers and students, teachers’virtue returns to the teachers’life-world, and is such virtue that is constructed and forms between subject and the other one on relational thinking. It puts the formation and development of teachers’virtue in the public areas and makes teachers’virtue humanized,public and lifestyle, so that teachers’virtue has the features such as inter-subjectivity, dynamic generative.
