Learning difficulties and students with learning difficulties haveemerged since the beginning of human education activities. The author hopes that thisstudy would help parents, teachers and society to get a deeper understanding of learningdifficulties students. Many learning difficulties researches in China are mainly based ona large-scale survey of attribution and strategy research. This study attempts to providea different understanding and research ways for teachers and scholars of thinking ofstudents with learning difficulties through two cases study in southwest of china.The study is divided into three parts: the preparation of the study, including thedescription of the study sample selection, research methods, the design and productionof research tools. The following part is the research stage, collected data on the twocases. At this stage, the researcher focus on its research methods, concern cases dailycoherent life, the most import thins is focus on major events of cases are which canshow us English learning difficulties, let the events speak, so that readers comprehend.The third part of the study is follow-up work, including research findings, the studyparticipants’ feedback, and researchers’ reflection.The main conclusions of this study are focus on the process and cause theformation of English learning difficulties. This study suggests that the current Englishlearning difficulties are deeply influenced by family backgrounds and socialenvironment. Future research should be more inclined to these aspects, and to try amore micro way on method and perspective.
