Learning burnout is mainly refers to learners in the learning processdue to some from individual inner family, school and society factors, and thusproduced a kind of depression, misconduct and low sense of achievement state oflearning even escape from learning. Learning burnout serious affects students’ learningquality and efficiency, influencing the full play of the education function, but also itwill affecting the students health of body and mind development. With thedevelopment of the society, the fierce competition, the adult higher diploma educationstudents also exists the learning burnout problem, and the situation is not optimistic, itis an urgent need how to eliminate the adult higher diploma education students’learning burnout to study the problem, therefore, there has very important practicalsignificance conducts the research to this question, but academic research is veryweak, so, has the important theoretical significance to carries on the discussion on thisissue.This research mainly through to the adult higher diploma education students’learning burnout problem as the research object, in the review and summarizesystematically the learning burnout, on the basis of relevant theories, through theinvestigation and study, understand the adult higher diploma education students in thelearning process of depression, misconduct and low sense of achievement of learningburnout problem, analysis the reasons of these problems, puts forward the measuresand strategies to solve these problems, in order to improve the adult higher diplomaeducation student’s academic performance, promote the healthy development of adulthigher diploma education students psychological, improve the quality of adult higherdiploma education of talent training.This research mainly consists of five parts:In the introduction part elaborated the research reasons, research content and objectives, research significance, research status and research methods, etc.The text in the first part mainly introduces the learning burnout theory basis,including the theoretical basis of the connotation of learning burnout and learningburnout.The text in the second part is mainly on the basis of the questionnaire and theinterview analysis the status quo of the adult higher diploma education students’learning burnout. Found that adult higher diploma education students’ learning burnoutsituation mainly for lack of enthusiasm, emotional exhaustion; Misconduct andlearning method is not satisfactory, and students a sense of accomplishment is low,lack of learning motivation.The third part mainly analyzes about the influence degree causes of adult highereducation students’ learning burnout. That affect the adult higher diploma educationstudents produce learning burnout factors mainly include: family, society, schools andindividuals internal factors. Family factors including family concept of education andthe learners’ communication style and other factors; Social factors include socialrelations and social ideas on the influence factors of learning burnout, the schoolfactors include teachers’ teaching level, school style of study and study the influencefactors of teaching resources; Individual factors include the individual psychologicalfactors, learning interest and learning ability.The text of the fourth part mainly introduced the elimination of adult higherdiploma education students’ learning burnout of coping strategies. This part is mainlyfor the adult higher diploma education students’ learning burnout problems and thecauses of problems, from the aspects of family, society, school and individual copingstrategies are put forward. Which family should build a good family culture deeppsychological communication, home, etc.; Schools should shift to the adult higherdiploma education students understanding and recognition of the adult higher diplomaeducation mechanism, etc.; Schools should optimize professional Settings to improveprofessional knowledge, improve the teaching quality, improve the level of teaching,reform teaching mode, improving teaching methods, reform teaching content,innovation teaching evaluation mode to reduce the adult higher diploma educationstudents’ learning burnout.
