Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Status Of Adult Higher Education

The students' status management of adult higher education concentrates on the entire process from students' enrollment to their graduation, which is of great significance to improve the education quality, train all-around students and maintain the normal order of universities. As a necessary complement to Higher education, adult higher education, starting late in 1980's, has been developing irregularly. From the national level, through university education management platform, and by the means of electronic, the norms of adult higher education have been continuously achieved. The non-standard students' status management years ago conflicted with the standard requirement now, thus, a lot of problems have been occurred. This paper describes the current situation of the adult higher education students' status such as the work procedure, complexity, system situation, students' status awareness, Material conditions of higher education adult status management; Combined with case analysis of adults' status management in N University, the paper brings forward Countermeasures and recommendations such as relative leaders should transfer management idea; managers need to combine management with research on students'status; students' status should strengthen system construction, information construction and procedure management. It tends to impel the adults' status administrators to be able to predict problems, insight problems, solve the problems, so as to match requirements of the Ministry of Education, improve the management of students' status of higher education, and will help to improve the quality of higher education management.This paper is divided into four sections, the first part is about the Introduction; the second part introduces the current situation of students' status of adult higer education; the third Part is about the case analysis of N College adult education student management; the fourth part focuses on the countermeasures and proposals. The second, third and fourth part is the core of the paper.
