As the high speed development of economies and the fragment of time, the media of reading have emerged in endlessly, so did the forms of people’s reading. The fragmentation reading as a typical phenomenon of reading in this situation has influenced the public and middle school students’ reading. The fragmentation reading which is fragmentary in reading contents, superficial in reading standards and technological in reading media have four typical patterns witch named as outside break, chaining transfer, search engine, group messages. It has deeply and complicated influenced the formation of students’ literary appreciation ability.With the fragmentation reading, the middle school students can choose the contents with their reading interests and the positive emotion. The fragmentation reading can make the middle school students choose various reading and widely open their views. It also can develop the ability of students’ literature appreciation on choosing the contents. There is much more intuition thinking in the fragmentation reading and the thinking of reading can be creative and flexible with jumping in the different fragmentary text.However, the motivation of fragmentation reading is recreational and relaxed that lowers the aesthetic standards easily. Besides there are more unconscious attentions in the fragmentation reading that the middle school students need to train and develop their literature reading attentions. The fragmentation reading goes against the systematically study and accumulation of knowledge and definitely hinders the formation of steady ability which based on the systems knowledge accumulation. It also makes against the whole apperception and grasp of literature. The fragmentation reading is weak in the internal relation of reading contents and superficial in the standards which are disadvantages on the close reading. Besides it also influences on the readers which with various cognitive styles differently.Therefore, the Chinese teachers should analyze establish and optimize the targets based on the problems about the formation of literary appreciation ability and pay more attention on the systematically mastering of basic literature knowledge through the formation of the literary appreciation ability. They also need to respect students’ choice, cultivate their reading interests and broaden their vision by the fragmentary text. The Chinese teachers also should focus on the teaching strategies of whole apperception, using the high quality literature fragmentation to entry the close and deep reading and treat the close reading as an important way to deeply understand the literature text. The literature teaching should attach importance to classical reading and improve the students’ tastes of elegant literature. With the rising of fragmentation reading, the Chinese teachers can cultivate students with modern media quality and ability.
