Chinese is an important cultural basic course in humanities and social subjects,which occupies an important position from beginning to end,and bears the important responsibility of developing students' speculative ability,improving students' thinking quality,cultivating students' socialist core values and cultivating students' noble aesthetic taste.Most of the literature works in high school Chinese textbooks are Chinese and foreign classics,which permeate Chinese and foreign excellent traditional culture.In these works,whether it is prose,novel,poetry,drama,presents the beauty of different styles and different arts.This paper,guided by the Chinese Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School(2017 Edition),combined with the literary works in the Chinese teaching materials of senior high school,analyzes the problems existing in students' aesthetic ability through questionnaire survey,and puts forward the operable methods and strategies.In short,under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,how to improve students' aesthetic ability in the reading teaching of literary works is an entry point of this paper.This paper is mainly divided into two parts,which are the introduction part and the main part.The introduction mainly expounds the reasons,research review and research methods of the topic.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the aesthetic education in the reading teaching of literary works,and combs the current situation of the research on improving students' aesthetic ability in the three periods after the promulgation of —— Chinese Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School(2017 Edition)in 1978——2002,2003,2016 in China.The main body is divided into four parts:The first part mainly discusses the basis and requirements of improving students' aesthetic ability in the reading teaching of literary works.First of all,the aesthetic elements of Chinese works in high school Chinese textbooks are taken as the basis of this study.Secondly,the basic task of "building up people by virtue" and the overall development of Chinese core literacy are taken as the requirements of this paper,which together explain the necessity and importance of improving students' aesthetic ability in the reading teaching of literary works.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of students' aesthetic ability in reading teaching of literary works,mainly to understand the current situation of students' aesthetic ability and the methods and strategies of teachers to carry out aesthetic education,in order to show the current situation and find out the reasons,and to provide reference basis for the following strategies and methods.The third part is the core content of this paper,that is,the strategy and method of improving students' aesthetic ability in literature reading teaching.Firstly,it discusses the four kinds of aesthetic ability that high school students should have,and secondly,it discusses the strategies from three angles: developing aesthetic resources in teaching materials,cultivating teachers' aesthetic literacy and improving students' aesthetic ability,three aspects promote each other and complement each other,aiming at improving students' aesthetic ability,but also for students' all-round development.The fourth part is the conclusion part,mainly summarizes this paper,makes the prospect to the teacher's future work,because the promotion student esthetic ability is a long-term and arduous task,urgently needs the teacher to practice the exploration unceasingly.The innovation of this paper is to select the literary works in the high school Chinese teaching materials as the grasp,to improve the students' aesthetic literacy through reading teaching,according to the aesthetic elements in the high school Chinese teaching materials,in order to enhance the students' aesthetic ability and comprehensive Chinese literacy,to help students establish correct values,hoping to provide the first-line teachers with reference models,and jointly promote the development of aesthetic education in Chinese subjects.
