The history of human civilization accompanies by the history of reading,which is a significant means to obtain information and knowledge.With the rapid development of the internet digital technology,especially the objective becoming of the new media environment,the media vehicles that record and diffuse symbolic information have been changing and innovating dramatically and the prevalent fragmentation reading mode has brought a certain degree of impact to the traditional manner of reading in college as a consequence.At the same time,it also exerts influence on ideological and political education which takes reading as a carrier format.Facing the challenge and opportunity brought by fragmentation reading,it is significant to analyze and explore the influence of fragmentation reading in order to make college students' current reading status better and improve working ideas,methods,carrier format and realization ways of ideological and political education,which is also an important task for further improving the validity of college ideological and political education.Based on college students' current situation of reading,this paper applies literature researching method,comparative analysis approach and empirical investigation to identify the relevant theories of fragmentation reading.The system analysis is accomplished in the form of questionnaire.The data collection and organization includes numerous parts such as the cognition of fragmentation reading,the contact situation of fragmentation reading,the identifying and screening of fragmentation information,the effective use of fragmentation information,the cognition of the relationship between fragmentation reading and traditional reading,the viewpoints of the influence on ideological and political education exerted by fragmentation reading,for data collection and sorting,analyzing the results of this questionnaire.As traditional reading is on the wane and the profound influence on ideological and political education,we must make a thorough inquiry based on the empirical study so as to explore the rational ways that effectually guides students to have fragmentation reading under the perspective of ideological and politicaleducation,to make students reading status better and to give full play to the function of ideological and political education through fragmentation reading,thus improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
