In this paper, we mainly study what effect and improve the developmentof text understanding of the new teacher, and hope to be able to give the new teachersome enlightenment. This article adopts the method of narrative research, revealscomprehension process and the way of development of the development of newteachers’ text comprehension by life stories.In order to study, the author gets deeply into the actual education environment, tohave the teacher a one-year-long follow-up study. The author goes into the teacher’s lifeand work, through a variety of access to various information and data. Then by usingthe method of narrative research induction, sorting, analysis on these data, finally theauthor finds the factors affecting the development of new teachers text comprehensionand development way.From daily teaching activity, from two periods of class and after-class to observe,this paper finds different activity happened in the development of the teacher inunderstanding the text-curriculum learning, collective research, teaching reflection,which effects the impact of the change and development. Finally analyze why theseactivities can affect. Finally through the above analysis, the author finds the methods ofthe development of new teachers’ text comprehension: self development consciousness,collective teaching and teaching reflection.
