High School Career Guidance Activities To Develop Research Programs

In the developed countries attach great importance to carry out career education for adolescents, accumulated rich experience. Career education, by contrast, under the influence of exam-oriented education in our country, for a long time failed to get the attention they deserve and related education practice very little. With the deepening of quality education, the importance of career education has gradually been recognized, some primary schools also began the practice exploration in this area. But about career education goal, the content of the career education, career education ways and methods is not form our own theory system and demonstration of typical experience.High school facing entrance and employment choices, is the first important choice of adolescent life. To cultivate high school students preliminary career awareness and career ability, to be prepared for a future life, is the important content of high school education. This study focuses on the goal of high school career education content, and try to design the concrete implementation plan, to serve as a reference for education workers especially school counselor.Research of career counseling theories and practice of high school career guidance work of the relevant literature, as the theoretical basis of development and design high school career guidance activity curriculum; Second at home and abroad for a comparative study of high school career guidance scheme on this basis, try to put forward China’s high school career guidance curriculum design; Final design includes seven theme series of career counseling activity curriculum specific implementation plan, the understanding life form, self cognition, values clarification, analyze the effect of family environment to explore, professional experience, seven topics such as career decisions. Research also put forward the way to the implementation of the career counseling activity curriculum, including classroom teaching, experiential learning, group counseling, exploration, simulation exercises and discipline penetration, etc.
