In 2017,Tianjin implemented the reform of the examination and enrollment system to give high school students greater autonomy in choosing college majors and future careers.The systematic and complete career planning guidance can help high school students adapt to the learning requirements of high school,establish clear learning goals,and improve their learning.However,for freshmen in the first year of high school,they do not know which majors are suitable for study in the future.Although ordinary high schools in all districts of Tianjin have actively carried out career guidance work for students and made great progress,the systematic implementation of career guidance courses is not uniform.Teachers design and implement courses completely rely on subjectivity.To this end,it is necessary to design a set of relatively systematic and complete courses suitable for the career guidance of ordinary high school students in Tianjin,which can be used for reference and organized by front-line teachers.Aiming at the current situation and development needs of high school students' career planning ability in Tianjin,a career guidance course suitable for high school students is designed.This research designs a total of 11 courses,each of 45 minutes;the course is mainly based on activity experience,and the implementation of the course is all For the same trainee psychology teacher.Students from six classes in the first grade of a middle school in Tianjin were selected as the subjects of course research,and they were divided into experimental group and control group.The "Senior Years Career Planning and Exploration Ability Questionnaire" was used for pre-testing,and the experimental group was given systematic career planning curriculum intervention,and the control group was given normal teaching according to the school's original mental health curriculum plan(including a small amount of career planning content).After the course,a post-test was implemented to test the effect of the course implementation.The research results are as follows:(1)Differences in the total scores of the first-year senior students' career exploration and planning ability questionnaire in terms of gender,high school entrance examination scores,and father's educational level.were not significant;however,there were significant differences in learning self-assessment,family conditions,and mother's educational level.(2)In the pre-test scores,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the total average score of career exploration and planning ability,as well as self-cognition,career cognition,career orientation,career choice,and educational cognition;Compared with the test,the overall ability of career exploration and planning of the experimental group and the scores of each dimension were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion: The first-year career planning course has a significant effect on improving the overall ability of students' career exploration and planning,and the content of the course design is relatively effective.Based on the above research results,the following research suggestions are put forward:(1)Improve the career education guarantee system and ensure career rules(2)Improve the professional quality of psychological teachers,and promote the research process of career planning courses in ordinary high schools;(3)Link multiple resources and expand career education channels.
