Research On The Curriculum Design Of Career Development Education In Ordinary High Schools

Career development education has become an important part of the high school education system of developed countries, the development of career development in mainland China started later than developed countries, especially high school. The government actively deepened the reform of senior high school curriculum and called for the implementation of career education in high school. Career education needs from the university stage to the primary and secondary school stage. In addition, high school career education is the need of college entrance examination reform and the only way for high school students' lifelong development. The most of the general high school career development education is a barren in mainland, only a small number of high school career development education in small test chores. Career development education need to improve the curriculum system. The design of career development education curriculum has become the current high school stage to carry out career education necessary prerequisite.Based on Super's career development theory, cognitive information processing theory and Taylor's curriculum theory, this study chooses Nanjing H high school as a case. Using the questionnaire survey method, interview investigation method, literature analysis method and case study method and other research methods, the senior high school students to issue a questionnaire and the school's career development education leaders and the class teacher in-depth interviews,but also analyze the relevant information of school career education, to study the status of H senior high school career development education, the existing problems, the level of development and needs of students, school career development curriculum vision. The study found:1.High school needs to improve the career development of education curriculum syste m, first of all, to establish a clear career development goals of education goals, play a gu iding role in the target. Career development education learning experience is in line with t he needs of students and the characteristics of life education, the formation of career, scho ol, life and psychological comprehensive education model. Implement diversified career de velopment education curriculum, emphasis on collective activities and individual activities.Use diversified career development education curriculum assessment methods, multi-subject participation in the assessment, the use of quantitative tools concerned about the process of assessment.2.Provide career development education curriculum guarantee mechanism. School build s professional teachers and resource base, form high school career education alliance to str engthen the complementary advantages between others; schools, parents and society form e ducation together and support career development education. The state plays the important role on administrative radiation, promotes the development of career development education effectively.3.Actively learn from developed countries and regions of advanced experience. Strengt hen domestic and international exchanges and cooperation, the establishment of learning co mmunity to explore a variety of student development path.
