The Application Of Shu Bo Career Development Group Counseling In The Career Planning Of High-level Athletes In Colleges And Universities

Under the severe employment situation,the high-level athletes in Colleges and universities lack of career development exploration and competitive advantage.With the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak,which aggravates the contradiction between supply and demand of employment,the employment of university graduates is facing hitherto unknown challenges.Therefore,based on schuber's career development theory,this study designs a career guidance program suitable for high-level athletes in Colleges and universities.The main purpose is to help athletes explore themselves,make their self-awareness clearer,and improve their career adaptability and career self-efficacy,so as to make a more suitable career planning.Methods: This study selected 20 high-level athletes from a university as the research object,and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group,10 in each group.On the basis of participating in the school career guidance course,the experimental group received eight units of schuber career development group counseling,while the control group did not receive other intervention.In order to evaluate the effect of Shubo's career development group counseling and analyze the career development characteristics of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities,the experimental design of pre-test and post test of experimental group and control group was used,and the methods of quantitative and qualitative research were combined.The results are as follows:(1)Shubo career development group counseling has a significant effect on improving the career adaptability and career self-efficacy of high-level college athletes.It has a significant impact on Athletes' career control,autonomous control and overcoming difficulties.(2)The Shubo career development group counseling designed in this study can effectively promote the career development of athletes.The implementation effect is mainly reflected in four aspects:the positive cognition of career support resources,the in-depth exploration of self cognition,the active promotion of career competitiveness,and the establishment of career development goals.(3)Shuber's career development group coaching can be used as a group coaching program to promote athletes' career development.Conclusion: Shubo's career development group counseling can positively promote the career development of high level athletes in colleges and universities,and can help improve their career adaptability and career self-efficacy.It can be applied as an effective program.
