Occupation consciousness education is the primary task of the secondary vocational education, the moral lesson aims to develop students’occupation consciousness. The existing moral lessons of the secondary vocational schools include Career Planning, Ethics and Law, Economics, Politics and Sociology, Philosophy and Life, four courses. Elective course is Mental Health. From the curriculum and the syllabus, the course content is either direct to the occupation consciousness education, or closely related to the occupation consciousness education.By seriously understanding the "national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan to just" and the newly revised "medium occupation school moral education course syllabus", combining with my own teaching practice for many years, strengthening the occupation morality education as the guidance, this paper expounds the moral training courses on occupation consciousness of secondary vocational school students the significance and problems existing in the training. On the current situation of secondary vocational school students’ occupation consciousness, the basis of the analysis, this paper explores the effective training strategies for secondary vocational school students’ occupation consciousness, establishes occupation students awareness of the concept of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The content resources cultivate students’ occupation consciousness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, enumerates some examples of effective teaching. Combined with the characteristics of occupation education, this paper adapts to the change of physical and mental development of students in secondary vocational school and the study way through the case teaching, situational mold teaching, experience teaching, cooperative teaching, integrated teaching mode, the moral education classroom teaching and students’activities. Combined with occupation activities, this paper gives full play to the subjective role of students, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students’ autonomous learning, to improve the moral teaching in cultivating the effect of occupation consciousness according to the existing problems of student occupation consciousness training and occupation consciousness guidance. Based on analysis of the implementation of results, the implementation process of reflection, this paper puts forward specific opinions occupation consciousness cultivation in order to promote the teaching reform of moral education in secondary vocational schools and further development, provides scientific basis and conclusion to the development of the occupation consciousness.
