Research On The Demand And Supply Of Occupation Moral Traning Of Vocational Education Teavhers

Occupation educationis to train technical and professional personnel for the society,and the cultivation of noble useful talents for the society, is the core of vocational education teachers’occupation.To improve the teachers’occupation moral level is not only the vocational education reform and development of vocational education requirement.But also reflects the social and economic development,cultural prosperity and progress.In addition to occupation moral training for teachers to make it to a higher level.This paper on the basis of existing research results,in Guangxi liuzhou City Medium occupation school,Higher occupation and Comprehensive occupation school each 2 by using the method of questionnaire and interview.A total of 600 teachers of 6 occupation education school by random sampling survey.In the view of the present situation of supply and demand of vocational education teachers’occupation moral training.Collected data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software,obtained objective and true results.The survey results show that,the current vocational education supply and demand imbalance of occupation moral training of teachers is mainly reflected as follow.Although the teachers to participate in training will not be excited but deep motivation;organizational although supply but did not reach the effect; although the teacher finish training and lack of incentive to consolidate.The main reason for the imbalance between supply and demand caused by the lack of related system guarantee;occupation school organization is not enough and the teachers’ perceptions of their occupation moral is a deviation.It can improve the quality of teachers’ occupation moral training of vocation education through the following measure.Firstly, improve the training policy of vocational education teachers, stimulate internal demand. Secondly, strengthen the training of vocational education teachers,understand the real demand.Thirdly,exploration of training content and mode,to meet the reasonable demand of teachers in Vocational Education.The article also put forward reflections and suggestions.Through the establishment of long-term mechanism to protect the material; build a rich Humanities atmosphere on campus and calling teachers’ occupation conscience.In order to improve the overall level of vocational education teachers’ occupation moral.
