The Correlative Research About The Subjective Well-being And Pressure-copying Style Of University Student

The research of subjective well-being (SWB) was an important research topic in recent years , and also was the most noticeable domain in the Positive Psychology. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, and the daily enhancement of material life level, the people pay more and more attention on their own spirit and quality of their lives. At the same time this phenomenon also sets a new request to the psychology researcher. Since 20th century 60's, with positive psychology rising, the researchers start to pay attention to people's positive psychological condition, whose research also no longer limits to the negative psychological condition like anxious and despondent. But also do extremely the massive research to the equivalence psychology condition like subjective well-being (SWB). The subjective well-being (SWB) is that the people make the integrity appraisal and the psychological experience according to the evaluation criteria which is decided by their own life satisfaction feeling and the emotion condition, including cognition ingredient and emotion ingredient. It is the comprehensive psychological target which weighs the individual quality of life and the psychological condition. The present research already involves the people's view of well-being, the way of pursuing well-being as well as affects to obtain happy feeling domain and so on.With the unceasingly increases of the university students, the university students community more and more becomes unnoticeable in the society. The university students education is an important part of nation education, which makes the key point of national innovation system, the enhancement comprehensive national strength and the international competition strength .In recent years our university students education obtained the great progress, and had a very big development in both the quantity and the quality. The university student community's present situation, the development tendency, the overall quality and the psychologically healthy level also received social attention more and more.With the stinging society competition, university students have puzzled, confused as well as the varying degree psychological conflict which is easy to cause all kinds of psychological question, because the competition and unexpectedly struggle impact love, choosing profession and so on. However there is a very big insufficiency on university student's psychologically healthy education which has the certain influence to the university student overall quality enhancement, comparatively opposite the high school and the elementary school students'psychologically healthy education which gradually obtains attention.This research selects the special community of university students, using the questioning volume law investigation. The selection involved the university student altogether 289,and the volume effectiveness has achieved 92.7%. The goal lies in the evaluation of the university students about their own living condition then understanding of their psychologically healthy condition, as well as the subjective happy feeling, the ways how to deal with it, and these two between reciprocities research around the psychologically healthy subject, which provides the certain theory basis for the university student psychologically healthy education.Through the research, draws the following conclusions:(1) The university students'subjective well-being (SWB) and the value compares theory is on the medium level which shows great differences in the sex and the writing coherence aspect. In degree of life satisfaction meter scoring points, the female students'score is remarkably higher than the male. In the life degree of satisfaction, the positive mood and on overall happy feeling scoring points, the students of liberal art remarkably get higher score than the science subjects. Moreover in the fresh source area contrast the life degree of satisfaction, the positive mood, the passive mood and the overall happy feeling the city university students get more score than the village university student, and with the remarkable difference.(2) The university students get obviously higher score on solving the problems and seeking for help in six copying styles. Looking from the overall level, the university students tend to use positive mature copying style when they face the psychological conflict which has great differences in the sex and the writing coherence aspect. In the factor of seeking for help, the female students obviously get higher score than the male students, while the students of liberal art obviously get higher score than the science subjects. Moreover there is no remarkable difference in the fresh source area contrast.(3) The subjective well-being (SWB) has relationship whit the copying style. Mature positive copying style and subjective happy feeling as well as degree of life satisfaction, positive mood minute meter make remarkable correlation; immature negative copying style and the subjective happy feeling as well as degree of life satisfaction, the positive mood minute meter make remarkable negative correlation.According to the research findings, proposing the following several suggestions to supply the reference: (1) Raising positive subjective well-being view of the graduate student; (2) Constructing the positive psychological defense mechanism; (3) Promoting communication between university students.
