Studys On Ideological And Political Works For Youth Teachers Of Colleges

Teachers in universities and colleges are the leading forces of training builders and successors of China’s socialist cause. They are not only teach students scientific and cultural knowledge, but also undertake a significant education mission. Young higher vocational teachers are important parts of the teaching body. Except for the role of young-generation teaching staff, they are also implementer of educational goals and tutors of knowledge. University students nowadays will be unconsciously influenced by teachers’ political thoughts, moral traits, characters&emotions, scientific and cultural qualities, researching spirits as well as working attitudes.The ideological and political work in our country has gained valuable experience and realized rapid developments and considerable accomplishments through long-term theoretical researches and practical explorations. However, the variety of young vocational teachers’ characteristics and origins make it relatively complicated. For this reason, the paper here systematically analyzed findings of scholars both at home and abroad as well as referred to foreign practical experience.In addition, it summarized features and analyzed subjective&objective causes of problems in ideological and political works of China’s young higher vocational teachers and formed a comprehensive and deep thinking and cognition through positive exploration. Inside the paper Ⅰ proposed countermeasures for young vocational teachers’ ideological and political works from five aspects:we firstly need to promote institutional innovation, establish and perfect supporting mechanism for works, persist "people oriented", closely integrate ideological and practical problem resolutions, and encourage young teachers to make continuous progress; second we need to intensify post innovation, organically combine traditional educational activity and hi-tech informationized medium and constantly expand the main channel of young teachers’ ideological and political works; then we need to probe methods innovation, think in multiple ways and perspectives such as students’ ideological education works, teachers’ professional careers plan, party affairs and social practice etc., find the best joint point associated with young teachers’ ideological and political works, enhance job effectiveness; forth we need to promote cultural activity innovation, hold popular and colorful activities, encourage and grow young teachers to let them make new constant progress through these activities; at last we need to strengthen team construction innovation, set up full-time and part-time network ideological and political groups, deepen theoretical research and effectively exploit education resources by positive practice and give full play to team advantages and strength. This paper are striving to put the ideological and political works of young vocational teachers into practice through in-depth study and exploration.
