Research On Entrepreneurship Abilities Of Undergraduates In Beijing And Its Influence Factors

The study on entrepreneurship ability is one important embranchment on the studying onentrepreneurship theories. Taking the undergraduates of Beijing area as respondents, thisthesis analyze the entrepreneurship ability from the view of entrepreneurship mechanism, thento set up the structural dimensions of entrepreneurship ability, and further to study on the eachvariable’s impact on the entrepreneurship ability. This thesis adopts the literature analyticmethods and questionnaire survey method.The first2chapters analyses and summarize the background, purposes, significance andthe existing research results to prepare for the next further studying; From the view ofentrepreneurship mechanism, the third chapter researches on undergraduates’ necessary abilityfactors through analyzing the mechanisms of motivation, opportunities, skill and success ofentrepreneurship to conclude the ability factors system of entrepreneurship, and then designthe questionnaire. The forth and fifth chapters use the professional software SPSS16.0toanalyze and check the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaires, then to extract thegeneral result of undergraduates entrepreneurship ability, the relation of ability and everylevels, as well as the relations between variables and the entrepreneurship ability from theresults of SPSS16.0. Finally, this thesis has discussed on the previous results and makesummarizes, and also put forward the creative shortcomings and prospects of this thesis.
