| Universities have been aware of the importance of international talenteducation recent years. With economic globalization and regional integration, thegrowing challenges of competency and moral education become manifest under thetransition period of China.International financial talent requires language and financial knowledgebackground, which cultivated by universities education system. To understand thistopic, the author initially analyzes the education system in international talent bytaken the case of Shanghai International Studies University. This dissertationstudied in course settings of education system which combined liberal educationwith business education.Currently, the cultivation of international talent is the mainly objectiverequirement. It is exist in the purpose of student-oriented, market demand and moraldevelopment. Only to improve the quality of student outcome can universities makecontribution in building Shanghai Financial Centre. |
