Recently years, more and more rural surplus labor rushed into the city with the rapid development of economy, and becoming migrants. Most of the migrants’ children couldn’t go to city and live with their parents, and lack of their parents accompany, due to the restriction of the household registration system of our country, the partition of urban-rural dual structure and related services lag. Thus these children becoming a special group:the Left Behind Children in Rural Area. Their education problems have become increasingly prominent, because of the lack of parental care and others. And various degree of problem arose in many aspects such as psychology, study, living and safety. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the urbanization rate of our country in2012is52.57%. It shows that there is still nearly half in our country is rural population. And the education problems of rural children not only concerns their family and own development, but also closely related to the process of building a harmonious society and lasting peace and stability of the country.I hope to look into the status quo of the rural children’s psychology, study, life and moral by field research to Jingyan Country, Sichuan Province. Find out the problems in their education, then combine with the local situation make some special suggestions. Hope the society to focus on the special group, and supporting the education development of rural children, building a more completely self, family, study and living environment, to make sure they could grown up healthy and happy.This article divided into four parts. Part one, introduction, mainly introduced the writing reason, research purpose and meaning of the article. And the literature review was according to scholar’s different opinions exactly reviewed from some respects, such as the definition of the rural children, and the rural children’s study, living, psychology and moral. The second part is survey and analysis to the status quo of the rural children in Sanjiang Town Center Primary School and Sanjiang Town Middle School of Jingyan County, Sichuan Province. And the status quo is mainly divided into four parts, psychology, study, moral and living. Then presenting the statistics of survey visually by diagram, and analysis the statistics in detail. The third part is deep analysis to the education problems of the local rural children, and find out the reason of the lack of education in psychology, study, moral and living. And the reason could be summarized as self, family, school, society and government. The fourth part is some suggestions specific to the education problems of the local rural children. These suggestions are proposed from five parts, self, family, school, society and government, finally draw the conclusion.
