Sichuan Province Industry Of National Defence Science And Technology Talent Team Construction Analysis

Today, the human resource has become the most important strategic resource. Therefore, talent team construction has aroused widespread attention. The communities have carried out relevant research and practice, and the national defense science and technology industry system is no exception. How to attract, retain and create a scale of quality of national defense science and technology talent team becomes an important strategic problem. To make greater contributions for national defense construction and local economic development, Sichuan industry of national defence science and technology, which is an important component of national defense science and technology industry, should seize the opportunity and exert oneself talent team construction.The article consists of four parts. The first part elaborated the research background of this topic and the research significance, as well as domestic construction of talented person’s research present situation, introduced the research ideas and methods. The second part analyses the theory about human resources, human capital theory, incentive theory, humanistic management theory at first, then analysis and compare the practice on the industry of national defence science and technology talents team construction in Shanxi Province, Jiangxi Province and Liaoning Province. The third part analyses the present conditions of the Sichuan Province industry of national defence science and technology talents team construction, including effects and problems. Based on the above statement, the last part puts forward measures to strengthen the Sichuan Province industry of national defence science and technology talent team construction.The innovation of this paper mainly in the following three aspects:(1) Perspective relatively new. Therefore this topic research is timely and has a certain depth and breadth. (2) The method is new. The most prominent feature is the combination of theory and practice.
