Ethic is the basic principle in our daily life, and we have the politics course in our middle school, knowing something about the ethic. The occupational activity is the most fundamental human social practical activity, while the professional ethic formed in the occupational activity practice process is the moral for the occupational activity development principle, the moral belief of high socialization. It runs through the overall process of individual occupational activity, career development as well as the whole economic society and political social development, meanwhile it is also one of the effective measures to adjust the social economic market order.Along with the deep development of economical and technological globalization, the continuous acceleration of the socialism market economic system progress in China, the great improvement of the people’s living standard and the profound change for the life-style, the social structure also re-integrates along with the improvement and the change. The change of this social structure influences the people’s professional concept, career choice and the professional ethics education environment greatly and directly. The professional ethics act as the focus and key link of the civic virtues among the new period in China, valuing the professional ethics education construction not only preferably reflects the moral requirement and feature needed at certain stage in the social development of China, but also furthers on improving the socialism market order in China. As the same, good professional ethics will also become the effective protective screen to avoid the social risk, the solid foundation to optimize the career and the strong guarantee to create the happy life and develop the harmonious society.The finance and economics university as the important bases to cultivate the finance and economics talents, take charge of the task to foster the characteristic socialism advanced finance and economics talents in China; while the professional ethics standard of the finance and economics university students concerns the development of the characteristic socialism market economic and finance and economics industry in China.Facing the impact of the economic globalization to various aspects such as social structure, economics, politics, culture and ethics in China, the finance and economics university at the new period should emphasize to cultivate the high-quality and compound talents with "cross-major". All these above require the finance and economics university students not only to master the major knowledge and skill in the modernization and internationalization view, but also pay attention to develop their correct view of life, value view and world view in the economic life, forming the good finance and economic professional ethics to serve the society, enhancing the finance and economics university students’sense of mission, urgency and duty to build the economic society in China.Therefore, doing research on the finance and economics university students’ professional ethics education and cultivating the good professional ethics for the finance and economics university students, are not only helpful for improving workplace competitiveness of finance and economics university students, helpful for the transition and innovation for the finance and economics university talent development mode and education teaching model, but also more helpful for the good development of the socialism market economics in China.The first part in this article firstly analyzes the relative theory of the finance and economics university students’ professional ethics education. Firstly, it is about economic ethics basic theory, mainly states the reason to introduce economic ethics, the relationship between the ethics and economic ethics, and the theoretical basis of economic ethics. Secondly, it is about ethics and professional ethic theory, mainly deepens the understanding to these two theories from the ethics nature, the professional ethic meaning and function. Thirdly, it is about finance and economics professional ethics theory, includes the finance and economics professional ethic meaning, function and the relationship between economic ethics and finance and economics professional ethics.The second part in this article is to conclude the target, content and principle for the finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. First, it is about the necessity of finance and economics collage student professional ethics education. Second, it is about the target of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education, achieving that mainly from cultivating the students to be honest, respect the objective fact and follow the industry regulations. Third, it’s about the content of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. Fourth, it is about the principle of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education.The third part in this article is to analyze the current situation of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education and the problems in the educating process. First, it confirms the achievement gotten by finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. Second, it concludes the problems of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education, mainly appearing in four aspects such as the obscure target and lagging concept of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education, the immature research system, the single education channel and backward method of professional ethics education course, as well as the less qualified teachers for finance and economics university students’professional ethics education.The forth part in this article is to discuss enhancing and improving the strategy for finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. There are several aspects as following:Firstly, update the concept of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. Secondly, pinpoint the target of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. Thirdly, improve the curriculum system of finance and economics university students’ professional ethics education, turn the curriculum setting to be more reasonable by enhancing the school construction to finance and economics professional ethics education. Fourthly, enrich and innovate the methods of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education. Fifthly, enhance the qualified teacher team construction of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education.Above is the main content and viewpoint of this article, and there may be some shortcomings appear in the analyzing and writing process. Hope the scholars and teachers can give the relative opinions and suggestions. Meanwhile I hope my personal view can give some help for the development of finance and economics university students’professional ethics education.
