The21st century, with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, will give the development of China’s accounting career to bring new opportunities. Development of knowledge-based economy and its impact on the accounting inevitable new demands on Higher Accounting Education. The level of Higher Accounting Education, a national accounting quality and the quality of work, will to some extent. According to the statistics, approximately1000undergraduate schools, more than half of the colleges and universities have opened the accounting major. Increasing but with the continuous deep economic and social structural adjustment and the social pressure on employment, non-Financial College accounting major personnel training gradually highlights the issue of scale, while the core of this issue is accounting graduates into the complete the severe employment problems. However, China’s non-Financial College accounting graduates to compete and focus on finance and economics graduates in the job market place, which is a research and study. Accounting graduates from the1980s, with good employment prospects in China, has been one of the most sought-after talents in the community. However, in recent years but there have been a large number of the employer to find the required accounting personnel, while accounting graduates can not find work.In this paper, I would like to start analysis from the concept accounting, accounting education, accounting for undergraduate education, college accounting undergraduate education, non-Finance and Economics University accounting undergraduate education, employment, Non-finance and Economics College Accounting Undergraduate Employment. Analysis of undergraduate education in the basic theory of Non-finance and Economics University Accounting for Non-finance and Economics University of Undergraduate Education of the background and characteristics of the system described, using the example of the United States Towson University, in-depth analysis of the United States in order to improve non-financial Universities in the accounting profession more responsive to market needs reform measures, summed up can learn from the experiences and lessons. Historical Review of Finance and Economics University accounting of undergraduate education at the same time and as a survey of Northeastern University and Shenyang University of Finance and Economics University accounting undergraduate education in a brief introduction and the employment situation of the two universities, the analysis pointed out the problems in the Chinese Universities accounting undergraduate education, then by summing up the experience of the accounting profession education reform in American Universities, the revelation of China’s Finance and Economics University accounting of undergraduate education on employment.
