At the same time of the rapid development of domestic and international financial markets,financial scandals frequently emerged.The financial crisis broke out again and again,reminding the financial market of the financial sector that there is a serious lack of financial ethics.Financial ethics education cannot be delayed.As a important breeding point for financial talents,the finance and economics majors of secondary vocational schools should not only focus on training students' professional skills,but also help students establish correct financial ethics awareness and deliver qualified high-quality skilled financial talents for the financial market.The students of secondary vocational schools are young and simple.In this period,the establishment of financial ethics education courses is more conducive to them to establish a good financial ethics awareness after they have higher level of study or employment and then receive financial ethics education.It's easier to help them shape the right values.In order to promote the construction of China's green financial system,financial ethics education should become an indispensable part of the financial and professional curriculum system of secondary vocational schools.This paper first clearly defines the concepts of secondary vocational education,finance and economics,financial ethics education,curriculum development,and the theory of human comprehensive development,pragmatism,and epistemology as the theoretical basis.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity of the curriculum development of finance and ethics education in secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province,and points out that the integration of financial ethics education into the finance and economics curriculum system of secondary vocational schools is fundamentally improving the financial ethics of future financial and financial practitioners.An effective way of moral awareness.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers of finance and economics majors in 16 secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province.The results show that the main problems in the development of financial ethics education curriculum are that schools do not pay attention to the development of new curriculums,teachers generally lack curriculum innovation awareness,and finance and economics.Classes of professional teachers have low levels of financial ethics awareness and lack offinancial support for curriculum development.Finally,this paper gives solutions to the problems of providing necessary financial support for curriculum development,improving the development awareness of financial ethics education courses in secondary vocational schools,and teaching the ethics education courses of training teachers to provide vocational school in Fujian Province.The realistic conditions for the development of finance and ethics education courses for finance and economics.Moreover,the curriculum design fully considers the teaching status of finance and economics in secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province and the learning comprehension ability of secondary vocational school students,so as to reasonably integrate teaching materials,arrange teaching content in an orderly manner,strictly formulate teaching plans,and realize the secondary vocational post in Fujian Province.The school's financial and economic professional financial ethics education curriculum optimization of the teaching effect,training qualified middle-level financial and economics basic application talents,to promote China's green economy development.
