The Discussion Of The Role Of Social Work In International Community Management

Building a harmonious society is the theme of today’s society construction of China, and the foundations of the harmonious society are rooted in communities. With the deepening of the reform and opening up and unceasing enhancement of globalization, the international community has become a noticeable phenomenon, whose role and influence becomes more and more apparent in the community construction and put forward new challenges and requirements in the community service and innovation in community management.Based on the international community in Chengdu as the research object and under the overall framework of the social work, this paper put forward the values of social work in the role of management innovation in the international community, introduces the innovations and experience social work has made in the international community management, and on the basis of the analysis of Chengdu international community, presents current problems and future prospects of social work intervention in the international community management.
